With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management, I bring a unique blend of precision, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise to every client engagement. My career spans multiple industries — from construction and retail to credit advisory and entrepreneurship — allowing me to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive real results.
As Controller at Ashbury Construction in San Francisco, I managed the day-to-day financial operations of a $5M+ construction firm. I streamlined workflows, introduced scalable systems, led a high-performing accounting team, and provided strategic budgeting and payroll oversight to support sustainable growth.
Previously, I founded and operated Kiki’s Kreamery, a boutique ice cream shop in Safety Harbor, FL. From concept to grand opening, I handled everything — from build-out and marketing to financial tracking using QuickBooks Online and Square. This entrepreneurial venture sharpened my skills in small business development, customer service, and retail financial management.
In my work as a Freelance Senior Accounting Specialist, I supported diverse clients with everything from cash flow analysis and bank reconciliations to financial reporting and forecasting. My goal has always been to simplify the complex and empower business owners with clean, actionable financial data.
Earlier in my career, I served as CFO and co-founder of Web Credit Advisors in Fair Lawn, NJ, where I led a team of 18, built out internal controls, and helped scale annual revenues from $500K to $2M. My expertise in HR, operations, and debt-reduction programs was instrumental to our explosive growth.
I launched my accounting career as Controller at P.J. Inc., a New York City-based PR firm, where I spearheaded the transition from manual accounting systems to QuickBooks Pro, drastically improving accuracy and efficiency.
